Climate Committee Under the direction of Jordan Burke, assistant principal, the climate committee--a group comprised of faculty members, parents, and students--meets regularly to plan and carry out efforts to improve the school's learning climate. The committee uses trends in student disciplinary data to determine the directions that need to be taken in order to ensure that students feel safe and productive at school.
